For students that are living on campus in our residence halls, there are a few key points that we have highlighted below to make sure that you know who to contact and when!
If you are having issues inside your room or building that is not technology-related, please use this link to fill out the appropriate form so our maintenance team can resolve the issue.
If you are having issues inside your room or building that is technology-related, please use the Helpdesk Tickets icon located in the my.AState portal and include your building name, room number, and any other information that can help us determine what the issue could be.
Make sure that if you see any equipment in your room, around the building, or anywhere else on campus that is there to serve you as well as others, please do not touch that equipment as it could impact service for yourself as well as for others.
