Thank you for choosing the A-State IT Store! We hope you enjoy your purchase! Due to the nature of our business, we are able to offer discounted prices on a number of items, in many cases for less than larger stores. All we ask is that you honor the return policy outlined below so that we can continue to offer you the best selection at competitive prices. Please remember to save your receipt.
The IT Store reserves the right to deny any return.
A valid ID and the original purchase receipt are required for all returns.
Returns for all unopened, unused merchandise may be made within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds must be made using the original payment method. If the original transaction used a credit/debit card, customer must present the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.
All opened merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable:
All opened standard configured computers and tablets are not returnable.
All opened customer configured computers and tablets are not returnable.
Damaged or abused items, items missing components or accessories (cables, remotes, chargers, etc.).
Please remove all personal data and accessories from exchanged and returned items.
The IT Store is not responsible for any personal data or accessories left in or on exchanged and returned items.
Items included in a bundled promotion will have their value deducted from the refund or credit amount if all items are not returned at the same time. For example: if a customer receives $150 in savings when purchasing a computer and printer together, the IT Store will deduct $150 from the refund or credit if only one of the items are returned. In order to receive a full refund or credit, all items included in the promotion must be returned together.
If you have issues with your purchase, please bring the unit to the A-State IT Store, located on the ground floor of the Dean B. Ellis Library – Room 149.
